Emeryville, California
When I first moved here in 1974 to work for Chevron, Emeryville was known for its industries - iron works, a Sherwin Williams paint factory with a large neon sign, and lots of card rooms.

The iron works is now a vacant lot... soon to be developed, I'm sure. The Sherwin Williams paint sign is down, and the card rooms are still here... and so are the cream of the East Bay's Hi Tech and Bio Tech companies such as Sybase, Chiron, and Adobe. There's more - Borders Books, CompUSA, Circuit City, The Good Guys, a new Amtrack station, and the Emeryville public market, a great place to take the kids for lunch or dinner. They can choose from all sorts of restaurants - from burgers to Mexican to Vietnamese, Greek, Italian, Indian and more. And... they'll have fun jumping around in the "ball room" but make sure they go there before they eat. After lunch or dinner... just walk down the street to the United Artists movie theaters.

Emeryville has sure changed. We find ourselves going there quite often for movies or shopping or taking Amtrack to Sacramento (a great way to visit the Sacramento Railroad Museum, just a few minutes walk from the Sacramento train station.

There's not a lot of housing in Emeryville - mostly in Watergate and Pacific Park Plaza condominiums. It's ideal for a fast commute to San Francisco.

We Value Your Business And Appreciate Your Referrals
Almost all our clients have been referred to us by their friends, family, local neighborhood Realtor, or found us on the Internet. One of the nice benefits of a referral based business is that we get to work with people who are motivated, financially qualified, highly educated, decisive, pleasant, and have interesting backgrounds (one client won a Gold medal at the Olympics). What's particularly rewarding is how many of our buyers and sellers have become friends.

If you're planning to buy or sell a home, we'd appreciate the opportunity to show you how you'll benefit from our services. And, if you know a friend, neighbor, or family member who is buying, selling, or relocating anywhere in the United States, we'll be happy to check our extensive database of highly qualified Realtors and refer you to a great local Realtor.
